What You'll Do

• Handle construction defect and third-party construction defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic advice and case updates.
• Collaborate with experienced partners on sophisticated litigation matters while developing your own practice.



What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar admission.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience (construction defense experience strongly preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while balancing multiple deadlines.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative professional.
