Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense) – Remote (Arizona)

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Arizona.

Position Overview:

The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with a strong background in insurance defense litigation. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work independently, and collaborate with a supportive team in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial; trial experience is strongly preferred

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Bar license (required)
• Minimum of 5+ years of insurance defense experience
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting
