Position Overview
This Director of Operations will lead the development and optimization of the company’s operational infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology stack, designing cross-functional processes, improving data visibility, and building scalable systems that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Delivery teams.
This position reports to the COO and works closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the company-wide technology stack, including system evaluation, consolidation, and migration
- Design and implement cross-functional workflows and standard operating procedures
- Lead operational automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency
- Develop a centralized reporting and analytics infrastructure to support data-driven decision making
- Manage and develop the Operations Manager
- Oversee external vendors and implementation partners
- Partner with Finance to improve AR/AP processes, reporting, and cost controls
- Support HR systems related to recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Monitor operational performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements
- Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience building operational systems within a scaling organization ($5M–$25M+ revenue range preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading a tech stack migration or systems consolidation
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including relational database design and workflow automation
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience designing cross-functional processes
- 3–5+ years of experience managing direct reports and/or external vendors
Preferred:
- Background in consulting, agency, or premium service-based businesses
- Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, QuickBooks, Asana, Zapier/Make, or similar platforms
- Experience implementing business intelligence or dashboarding tools
- Experience in the fitness, health, or coaching industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-based bonus tied to operational milestones

Work Environment
