Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement.
• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their case.
• Open and manage insurance claims, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurance liens.
• Coordinate medical treatment — scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and managing provider communication.
• Request, review, and organize documentation such as police reports, medical bills, and related records.
• Prepare case files for demand and negotiation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure each case progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Knowledge of personal injury law, claims handling, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., CasePeer) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
