About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing technology services organization that delivers large-scale deployment and implementation projects for enterprise customers across North America. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking full ownership of complex, multi-site rollout programs from planning through execution.

This is not a traditional project coordination role. You'll be responsible for driving execution, leading cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead national, multi-site technology deployment projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop and execute project schedules, deployment plans, and rollout strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field technicians to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout each deployment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions.
• Track project financial performance and help protect project margins.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing large-scale deployments, field operations, or multi-site implementation projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects with numerous stakeholders.
• Strong background managing project schedules, budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, subcontractors, or installation partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise-level customers.
• Experience using project management software such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
