Director / VP, Capital Markets (Real Estate Credit Platform)

We’re partnered with a top-tier U.S. real estate credit platform (top 5 nationally, ~$1B+ annual originations) expanding its investor base across multiple investment vehicles tied to residential real estate.
This is a build + scale role — not passive investor relations. You’ll own capital formation efforts across high net worth, family office, and institutional channels, helping grow and diversify the firm’s investor base.
What You’ll Do
- Lead capital raising efforts across real estate credit and investment vehicles
- Build and expand relationships with:
- High net worth / ultra-high net worth investors
- Family offices
- RIAs / wealth managers
- Institutional capital partners
- Develop and execute a capital formation strategy to scale investor channels
- Drive investor communications, reporting, and ongoing relationship management
- Partner with leadership on structuring and positioning investment opportunities
- Identify co-investment and strategic capital partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of raising capital (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Real estate private credit / lending
- Real estate private equity
- Alternative investments / capital markets
- Strong network across HNW, family office, or institutional investors
- Ability to both bring relationships and build new ones
- Highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable in a performance environment

Compensation
- Base: $150K – $300K (depending on experience)
- Significant upside tied to capital raised
