The Role
As a Senior / Principal Recruiter, you will own your market end-to-end — driving business development, delivering top-tier talent, and managing a true full desk across direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements. You’ll run your desk like a business, supported by a firm built by recruiters, for recruiters.
