- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire accountability and operational excellence.
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented with experience implementing technology solutions and process automation.
- Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to diverse capital stacks (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, JV equity).
- Familiarity with multiple CRE asset classes (multifamily, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, retail).
- Experience integrating CRM or deal-tracking technology to streamline operations.
Compensation:
Full-time W2 position with a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives tied to operational scale and profitability. Hybrid or remote flexibility with periodic travel for strategic meetings and on-site leadership.
