Orange County, CA | $140K - 200K DOE + Profit Sharing

I’m working with a well-established engineering firm in Southern California that has built a strong reputation across traffic engineering, ITS, and transportation design.

They have long-standing relationships with public agencies (including Caltrans), cities, and private developers, and continue to grow their presence across the region.

They’re looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager who can lead projects, support client relationships, and play a key role in the team’s continued growth.

The Role

This is a leadership position with a mix of technical oversight and project ownership. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from proposal through delivery
• Overseeing design, QA/QC, budgets, and schedules
• Supporting business development and client relationships
• Mentoring junior staff and guiding technical work

Projects may include:

• Traffic signal and lighting design
• ITS systems
• Traffic control plans
• Traffic studies and analysis

What They’re Looking For

• 10–15+ years of experience in traffic engineering / ITS / traffic studies
• California PE required (TE is a plus)
• Experience with Caltrans PS&E
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Ability to balance technical work with leadership responsibilities
