What You'll Own

- Develop a multi-year operational strategy and capacity plan aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a rolling technician demand forecast in partnership with Sales and other business leaders.
- Scale a distributed technician and trade network utilizing the appropriate mix of W2 technicians, independent contractors, service partners, electricians, and other skilled resources.
- Oversee complex, multi-site technology deployments across restaurant, retail, hospitality, and related customer environments.
- Drive effective scheduling, permitting, resource allocation, field readiness, and project execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop project managers, project coordinators, and operational leaders.
- Create standardized delivery playbooks, processes, documentation, and performance metrics that drive repeatable execution.
- Build technician training and certification strategies to ensure field readiness as the organization grows.
- Evaluate and improve the technology and systems supporting project management, field delivery, workforce planning, and financial visibility.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Professional Services, and other functional leaders.
- Manage key customer relationships and step into major delivery escalations when executive leadership is required.

- Build an operational culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving.
The organization's growth plan calls for significant expansion of delivery capacity over the next several years, making scalable technician forecasting, systems, processes, and leadership development central to this role.

- Experience managing project managers and/or project coordinators responsible for external customer implementations.
- Strong understanding of field delivery utilizing W2 technicians, independent contractors, subcontractors, electricians, and/or other skilled trades.
- Proven experience with workforce forecasting, technician capacity planning, and/or building distributed field networks.
- Experience overseeing scheduling and coordinating geographically distributed projects.
- Experience with permitting is preferred.
- P&L ownership with a strong understanding of revenue, cost, and gross-margin performance.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams.
- Strong executive-level customer relationship and escalation-management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can build for the next several years while remaining willing to engage directly in today's operational challenges.
- Proven systems builder who creates repeatable processes rather than relying on heroics.
