Account Executive — Financial Services & Capital Markets

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Compensation: $150K–$180K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE ~$300K+)

This is not an account management role. This is a true hunter position for someone who thrives on building pipeline, creating momentum, and closing meaningful enterprise deals.


You’ll work directly with leadership to expand our footprint across broker-dealers, exchanges, banks, hedge funds, fintech infrastructure providers, trading firms, and institutional financial organizations. If you know this ecosystem well and understand how modern GTM teams operate, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role with significant upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of institutional financial services prospects
  • Drive new logo acquisition across capital markets organizations
  • Develop strategic outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, AI tools, and modern GTM technology
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and executive-level sales conversations
  • Partner closely with leadership to refine ICP targeting and go-to-market strategy
  • Attend and leverage industry conferences and events to generate pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting inside CRM
  • Multi-thread relationships across operations, technology, trading, compliance, and executive stakeholders
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets


What We’re Looking For


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or data/intelligence platform sales experience
  • Experience selling into financial services, capital markets, trading, banking, fintech, or institutional investment organizations
  • Proven success carrying and exceeding a $1M+ annual quota
  • Track record of sourcing and closing new business opportunities independently
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with average deal sizes in the $100K–$200K+ range

  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
  • Naturally curious about AI, automation, and modern GTM workflows
  • Confident selling to sophisticated financial and technical buyers
  • Comfortable working both virtually and in-person at industry events


You likely have experience with:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo
  • Clay
  • HubSpot
  • Gong
  • Outreach or Salesloft
  • AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, outreach, and workflow optimization


You know how to:

  • build outbound systems,
  • personalize messaging at scale,
  • identify buying signals,
  • and create momentum in enterprise accounts.

  • Build and mature a high-quality enterprise pipeline
  • Establish relationships across the capital markets ecosystem
  • Close meaningful new logo business
  • Help shape the company’s evolving GTM strategy
  • Contribute toward a $1.3M+ ARR annual target
