We’re seeking a high-performing Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-energy legal team with a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and client success.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a full caseload of personal injury and catastrophic injury matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, discovery, pleadings, and other key litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances with confidence and professionalism.
• Strategically evaluate cases and negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and case managers in a team-driven environment.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing compassionate and proactive representation.

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in personal injury or related civil litigation.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills — confident in the courtroom and in negotiation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and case organization.
• A team-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve justice.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

💰 Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 (based on experience)
