What You'll Do
- Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
- Structure loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, property value, and deal strength
- Guide borrowers through the entire loan lifecycle from intake to funding
- Analyze deals quickly and determine risk, viability, and loan structure
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and referral partners
- Consistently close deals and exceed monthly production targets
Required Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of proven Hard Money / Private Lending experience
- Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions
- Ability to evaluate deals using LTV, ARV, and exit strategies
- Experience working with real estate investors, flippers, or developers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated and performance driven
