What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution
• Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and argue motions (including dispositive motions)
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop strategy

Who You Are

• 2–10+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or related practice areas)
• Comfortable managing your own cases, but appreciate a collaborative team
• Strong writer with practical, business-minded judgment
• Interested in building a long-term practice—not just managing a docket
