Plaintiff Employment Attorney / Employment Litigation Attorney (Hybrid) – Rockville, MD

We’re seeking a plaintiff-side employment attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a growing, well-regarded firm in Rockville. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to bring and grow your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment cases from intake through resolution
• Handle litigation matters (discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, wrongful termination)
• Draft motions, pleadings, and settlement demands
• Take depositions, attend mediations, and appear in court
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred
• Some portable business (active or developing)
• Ability to independently manage cases
• Maryland bar admission required (DC/VA a plus)
