Overview
We are partnering with a rapidly growing operator in the home services space that acquires established, well-regarded local businesses and helps them reach their next stage of growth. These are not turnarounds or distressed assets—each business has a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and meaningful market presence.
This role is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a hands-on sales and growth leader who thrives in the field, builds real relationships, and knows how to professionalize and scale revenue without breaking what already works.
You will own regional growth across Phoenix and Tucson, working closely with ownership and local operators to build structure, drive referrals, implement CRM discipline, and establish a repeatable sales and community development playbook.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own top-line growth across multiple local service brands within a defined territory
- Build and activate referral networks with contractors, real estate professionals, HOAs, property managers, churches, and community leaders
- Drive consistent in-person outreach and relationship development (field presence is essential)
- Partner closely with local operators and technicians to align sales efforts with operational reality
Sales Structure & Process
- Implement and enforce CRM discipline, activity tracking, and pipeline management
- Define clear sales metrics, conversion targets, and accountability standards
- Create simple, repeatable sales processes that can scale across markets and future acquisitions
Local Marketing & Community Presence
- Develop and execute a localized marketing plan including grassroots campaigns, sponsorships, neighborhood outreach, and social/video initiatives
- Identify which tactics drive ROI and double down on what works
- Help professionalize brand presence without over-engineering or losing local trust
Market Intelligence & Expansion Support
- Identify additional growth opportunities, partnerships, and underserved sub-markets
- Surface talent in the market (sales reps, technicians, leaders) for future hiring
- Support leadership with insights around regional expansion and future acquisitions

Ideal Background
Required
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in home services, trades, construction, or field-based B2B sales
- Proven track record of building revenue through relationships, not just inbound leads
- Experience operating in decentralized or entrepreneurial environments
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Strong people skills with the ability to earn trust quickly
Strongly Preferred
- Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or other service-based industries
- Territory or regional sales leadership experience
- Experience implementing or scaling CRM and sales processes
- Exposure to franchise, multi-location, or roll-up environments
