We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our Tampa office in a hybrid capacity, working alongside a deep bench of talented litigators and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Represent employers in federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, restrictive covenant, and wrongful termination matters.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Conduct workplace investigations, advise clients on compliance issues, and handle administrative proceedings (EEOC, FCHR, DOL).
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and training materials.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
- Provide strategic, proactive counseling to clients on employment-related issues.
- Meet a 2,000 billable-hour requirement while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar (required).

3–10 years of labor & employment law experience (litigation and counseling).
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience with wage & hour (FLSA), discrimination, and restrictive covenant matters strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.
