Senior PCB Designer (Fully Remote)

About Us

We are a dedicated PCB design services firm seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer who specializes in high-speed, high layer count boards (12+ layers).

This is a fully remote, hands-on layout role — not a junior environment and not a transition into project management. We hire experienced designers who already know how to execute complex layouts and want to focus on doing high-quality design work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing complex, high-speed multilayer PCBs (12+ layers)
• Supporting multiple programs across various industries
• Working directly with engineering teams to deliver clean, production-ready layouts
• Staying hands-on in layout (no bait-and-switch into management)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with high-speed PCB layout
• Expertise designing 12+ layer boards
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or Expedition/Xpedition
• Senior-level experience — able to work independently and execute at a high level

Compensation:

• Permanent: Up to ~$130K base (non-exempt, eligible for overtime at time-and-a-half)
• Contract: Targeting $50–60/hr range
