We are currently in search of a Partnerships Associate for a Social Services Nonprofit. The position is Hybrid in New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan), with occasional travel to The Bronx, NY. This is a full-time, temporary position.

LOCATION: New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan) with occasional travel to The Bronx (various neighborhoods)
POSITION TITLE: Partnerships Associate
SCHEDULE: Full-time, 35 to 40 hours/week, Hybrid – 4 days onsite – 1 day remote, 9 to 5
DURATION: Temporary (Early October to Mid-January)
HOURLY RATE: $23.00 - $25.00
Is This Your Dream Job? The Partnerships Associate is a temporary role within the Development & Communications department, which includes supporting plans and communications with our volunteers, current partners, and prospective new contacts. This position will support partnership-building activities with a focus on administrative needs to ensure successful volunteer activities. The Partnerships Associate will assist with tasks related to key seasonal initiatives, including pre- and post-need related to Holiday Giving, Youth Homelessness Awareness Month (YHAM), and Sleep Out. This role will be given assignments on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to administrative tasks, email correspondence, attending planning calls, note-taking, and volunteer event staffing.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Adaptable and comfortable pivoting to different tasks
· Basic email communication required (ability to craft polished emails)
· Canva experience is a plus
· Some database/CRM experience is a plus
· Basic nonprofit admin experience is a plus (development, communications, volunteers, etc.)
· Background in theater or film/TV production is a plus
