We are currently in search of a Donation Processing Associate for a nonprofit media organization that produces daily, global, independent news. This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated hourly rate between $23-$25/hr commensurate on experience. This role is expected to begin mid November through mid January 2026.

POSITION TITLE: Donation Processing Associate

SCHEDULE: Part-time, 3-4 days per week, 20 hours per week

DURATION: Temporary, mid November through mid January 2026

HOURLY RATE: $23-$25/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? The Donation Processing Associate will assist the Development Team with accurately entering gift data into CiviCRM, managing database updates, maintaining confidential records, verifying the accuracy of donor information, and assist with processing and acknowledging contributions.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience in gift processing
• Must have experience using fundraising databases (Raiser's Edge or CiviCRM is a plus)
• Experience with administrative tasks and data entry
• Must be highly detail oriented
• Must be comfortable processing data and data tables

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Perform data entry and database work
• Handle recordkeeping tasks with a focus on confidentiality
• Ensure all data is complete and accurate
• Perform some donor acknowledgment
