Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated success making hires, either for your own team or in close partnership with hiring managers.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, production-based, or results-driven environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive attitude with curiosity, resourcefulness, and openness to feedback.

  • Ability to work on-site three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).

How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Source and attract top nonprofit leadership talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Bank, and our ATS (Loxo).

  • Strategically match client needs with talent in the market, ensuring strong alignment and long-term fit.
  • Manage candidates through the full lifecycle: from initial outreach and interview prep, to pre-closing and final offer negotiations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating a smooth, transparent, and positive hiring process.
  • Provide ongoing support to both clients and placed talent to ensure long-term success post-hire.
  • Accurately log and track candidate progress and communication in the ATS.
  • Represent the firm at nonprofit networking events, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in nonprofit executive recruitment.
  • With guidance from Manager, monitor and analyze performance metrics (submissions-to-interviews, interviews-to-hire, placement rate), making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
