We are currently in search of a Gift Entry Associate for a Foundation located in Washington, D.C. (Dupont Circle). This is a Part-Time (20 hrs./wk.), In Office, Temporary assignment (ends on Jan. 9, 2026).

POSITION TITLE: Gift Entry Associate

SCHEDULE: Part Time (20 hrs.wk.), Fully In Office

DURATION: Temporary (assignment ends on Jan 9, 2026)

HOURLY RATE: $20-22/hr. DOE

Is This Your Dream Job? The Gift Entry Associate will be responsible for helping the Individual Giving team with their gift entry. This position will report directly to the Database Coordinator. Of note, it is expected that the Foundation will receive ~2,000+ donations and ~980 new donors during the Holiday season.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of Raiser's Edge experience required
• 1+ years of gift entry experience required
• Must be accurate and willing to perform data entry for 4 hrs per day, 20 hrs per week

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Gift processing and entry in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
• will enter gifts and create new people records in the database if donors are new
• will enter donor information from check donations, link contacts to the appropriate church record in the database
• Support the Database Coordinator and the Individual Giving team with admin tasks
• Other ad-hoc duties as needed
