We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant for a Nonprofit Coalition. The position is hybrid in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary position.

 

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Nonprofit Coalition

LOCATION: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant

SCHEDULE: 37.5 hours/week

DURATION: Temporary (~6+ weeks)

HOURLY RATE: $22.00 - $25.00

 

Is This Your Dream Job? The Executive Assistant will support a highly independent President & CEO with management of the executive office including calendar management, meeting preparation, material creation, travel logistics and more. This role is well-suited for someone early in their executive support career.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

·       2+ years of administrative experience required

·       Proven ability to manage calendars, internal and external communication required

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Prior experience supporting fundraising a plus

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

·       Support the President/CEO through schedule management for internal and external meetings

·       Oversee and manage the President/CEO’s email account

·       Support them with background research, briefing memos, talking points and preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings

·       Support the Executive team with Board management including meetings, communications and governance as needed

·       Assist the Development team with day to day tasks related to data research, prospect analysis and records management

·       Manage day-to-day office management tasks such as general office supplies, conference rooms and building operations

·       Other duties as assigned.
