Founded 26 years ago, Social Capital Initiatives now reaches more than 100,000 people every year across 25 communities in Asia, the U.S., Africa, and Europe.
Social Capital Initiatives now seeks to scale its projects and impact globally, particularly in the United States. To achieve this vision, Social Capital Initiatives is seeking a dynamic and visionary executive who can work with its Founder and the Board to build the organization into its next stage of growth.
Position Overview
The Executive Director will drive the next chapter of Social Capital Initiatives’ growth and strategy, leading fundraising and partnerships. The Executive Director will be responsible for shaping and adapting the organization as it grows.

Location / Work Arrangement
The Executive Director will be based in or travel frequently to the New York metropolitan area, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement, including in-person workdays and meetings. The role requires occasional domestic and international travel.
