We are currently in search of a Project Manager for a Healthcare Association. The position is remote, but must be based in the DMV. This is a part-time, temporary position.

 

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Association

LOCATION: Remote (must be based in DMV)

POSITION TITLE: Project Manager

SCHEDULE: 25-30 hours/week

DURATION: Temporary (through June 2026)

HOURLY RATE: $28.00 - $30.00

 

Is This Your Dream Job? This position will provide support for the execution of the organization’s training and technical assistance projects. The role will focus on program management, training support, and coordination with various operational areas, while working with a diverse group of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starter with a passion for public health.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

·       Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

·       2+ years of experience with project management

·       Experience using project management tools – preferably Asana

·       Experience supporting adult-training programs with virtual, hybrid and in-person learning formats

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and meeting platforms like Zoom

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

·       Assist with the design and modification of training and technical assistance resources through reviewing data to inform training priorities, providing editorial support for training materials, and supporting the deployment of evaluation tools.

·       Aid in the delivery of training activities, both virtually and in person, by providing technical support, managing program registration and communications, and coordinating special event logistics.

·       Provide project management support through tracking timelines and deliverables, documenting and reporting grant deliverables, developing proposals, tracking invoices and contract closeouts, and assisting with the RFP and RFI development and review process.

·       Draft marketing content and stakeholder communications (newsletters, email campaigns, digital platforms, etc.) with consistent messaging.

·       Support with training faculty and subject matter experts, as well as external training partners when needed.

·       Support with meetings and engagement activities.

·       Provide other organizational and cross functional support as assigned.
