We are currently in search of a Finance Coordinator for a Social Activism Nonprofit. The position is fully remote and follows ET hours. This is a part-time, temporary opportunity.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Social Activism Nonprofit

LOCATION: Remote (ET Hours but open to candidates in other time zones)

POSITION TITLE: Finance Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Part time – M to Th - 10am to 4pm ET – 24 to 30 hours weekly

DURATION: Temporary (Ongoing)

SALARY: $23.00 - $25.00

Is This Your Dream Job? The Finance Coordinator will be in charge of processing multiple bank wire transfers daily as well as managing invoices and bill payments for the organization. They will be an integral member of the finance team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

·       2+ years of experience with bank wire transfers and bill payments/invoices required

·       Experience with QuickBooks or similar is a bonus

·       Experience with Salesforce or similar is a bonus

How You Will Spend Your Day:

·       Processing bank wire transfers

·       Managing invoices/bill payment through Bill.com

·       Providing additional support for the finance team as needed
