DURATION: Permanent – Direct Hire

ANNUAL SALARY: $75,000–$85,000

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Fully On-Site, 5 Days/Week

Our Ideal Candidate

• Graphic Design Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Nonprofit or agency experience is preferred.
• Web Development Skills: Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with familiarity in JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and XML. Must be comfortable making hands-on website updates beyond basic drag-and-drop platforms.
• Digital Marketing Experience: Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including working with templates, modifying HTML, and utilizing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
• Creative Versatility: Ability to produce compelling designs across print, web, social media, and fundraising materials, with a strong eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, website analytics, and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.

How You Will Spend Your Day

• Bring Creative Concepts to Life: Design compelling visual assets for fundraising campaigns, social media, websites, email communications, print materials, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage Web Content & Design: Maintain and update the Foundation's websites, including ALZinfo, creating engaging landing pages, graphics, and digital content while troubleshooting basic website issues.
• Support Email Marketing: Develop visually engaging email campaigns and newsletters, customize HTML templates, and collaborate on initiatives designed to strengthen donor engagement and outreach.
• Enhance Digital Performance: Support SEO optimization, monitor website analytics, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and digital engagement.
• Support Social Media Initiatives: Create graphics, video clips, and other digital assets that increase awareness, strengthen engagement, and support fundraising efforts.
• Contribute Fresh Ideas: Bring creativity, initiative, and a thoughtful approach to a wide variety of projects while maintaining brand consistency and exceptional design quality.
