We are currently in search of an Administrative Coordinator for a Social Justice Nonprofit. The position is in person in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, temporary position.

LOCATION: Baltimore, MD (Downtown)
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
SCHEDULE: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
DURATION: Temporary, Ongoing
HOURLY RATE: $20.00 - $21.00
Is This Your Dream Job? The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the first POC for the office; answering the phone, accepting deliveries, and distributing the mail. This role is vacant and could be temp to perm, but is not guaranteed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
· 1+ year of Receptionist experience
· Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
· Prior experience in a high-volume call environment required
How You Will Spend Your Day:
· Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
· Receive, process and distribute incoming mail and packages
· Other administrative tasks as needed
