We are looking for an Admin Assistant to play an integral part in supporting our mission. This organization is based in Chicago. This is a Full Time, In person, Temporary opportunity (With a high potential of permanent).
ORGANIZATION: Social Services Nonprofit
LOCATION: Chicago ( Prairie District- South Loop)
POSITION TITLE: Admin Assistant
SCHEDULE: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (40 Hours/week)
DURATION: 2 months (high potential to become permanent)
HOURLY RATE: -$22/hr- $25/hr
Is This Your Dream Job? As the Admin Assistant your primary functions are to perform administrative and clerical tasks that support the administrative, fiscal, and program staff. The position also may be asked to assist the Executive Director and support Board of Trustees meetings and correspondence. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Administrative Manager.
