Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll receive ongoing guidance and mentorship as you develop your leadership skills and take on greater responsibility for the branch.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the staffing business, has strong customer service instincts, enjoys working toward goals, and is excited to grow into a larger leadership role.

Our Ideal Candidate:

·      1+ year of staffing experience highly preferred; nonprofit recruitment experience may substitute

·      Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments

·      Interest in or familiarity with the nonprofit sector is a plus

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators, helping troubleshoot challenges and keep searches moving forward.
  • Identify opportunities for staff development and collaborate with the Managing Director on training and performance improvement.

  • Represent Careers In Nonprofits in the local nonprofit community through client meetings, networking events, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across branches to share ideas, improve processes, and strengthen client service.

Compensation: The base salary for this position is $65,000, with anticipated total earnings of $75-$85k in Year 1, including commission.
