Have you ever worked within a New York State Agency?

We are currently in search of Greeters for various locations with a New York State Agency. These positions are on-site in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island. These are full-time positions with an anticipated contract length of 2 years.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: New York State Agency

LOCATION: New York City (All boroughs)

POSITION TITLE: Greeters

SCHEDULE: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

DURATION: 2 years – length is subject to change based on need

HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $20.00

Is This Your Dream Job? The Greeter role is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient customer experience while supporting various front-facing services.

Our Ideal Candidate:

·       Experience working with a New York State Agency preferred

·       Friendly with a strong customer service mindset

·       Adaptable and able to multitask

How You Will Spend Your Day:

·       Greet customers

·       Screen customer paperwork

·       Manage customers in the queuing system

·       Grade vision test results

·       Enter passing vision test results into the computer

·       Assist customers at DMV kiosks

·       Take customer photos for driver's licenses

·       Proctor tests
