They are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and expand service opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth goals across all service lines, including Acidizing, Pump (Kill) Trucks, and Rental Equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with oil and gas producers, service companies, and industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to develop accurate proposals, pricing, and service recommendations.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and field ride-alongs to understand client needs and showcase capabilities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company services, equipment, and processes to provide effective solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and customer retention.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
- 3+ years of sales experience in oilfield services, acidizing, pressure pumping, or related energy sectors.
- Knowledge of oilfield operations and DOT-regulated work environments preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, meetings, and industry events.
