Uncover Our Partner’s Purpose

Our client is a multigenerational family-owned grower of premium row crops, operating across prime agricultural regions. Anchored in stewardship, innovation, and disciplined execution, they deliver consistent quality to processors, packers, and global markets while preserving sustainable farming traditions.

Our Partner’s Commitment to Your Impact

Assume a strategic leadership role at the core of a legacy-driven family operation. Your expertise in grower accounting will safeguard profitability, shape field-level decisions, and sustain long-term viability—within a tight-knit culture that values transparency and generational continuity.

  • Integrated Ag-Finance Platform: Direct farm management software, ERP systems, and real-time cost-tracking tools.
  • Inner-Circle Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership, agronomy, and field operations teams that demand precision and reward foresight.

Capabilities That Anchor Our Partner’s Resilience

As Grower Accounting Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial oversight for a large-scale row crop enterprise—transforming variable inputs, harvest outcomes, and market signals into clear, strategic intelligence. Your mandate:

  • Orchestrate Crop-Cycle Accounting: Direct period-end processes, input cost allocations, and reconciliations across seed, nutrients, equipment, and labor throughout planting, growth, and harvest phases.
  • Cultivate Profit Clarity: Produce per-unit cost analyses, yield variance reports, and margin models that guide variety selection, resource deployment, and contract negotiations.
  • Steer Financial Strategy: Lead annual budgeting, capital investment reviews, cash-flow forecasting across seasonal cycles, and scenario planning for weather or commodity volatility.
  • Essential Profile: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Agribusiness, or Finance; 6+ years in production agriculture or cost accounting (row crops preferred); CPA or equivalent preferred; strong command of farm financial systems.
  • Navigate Seasonal Intensity: Handle pre-season accruals, mid-cycle adjustments, and post-harvest settlements—delivering ownership-level clarity amid field pressures and market shifts.
