How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As Turkey Farm Manager with hands-on experience in animal agriculture, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily care, health, and maintenance of turkeys at a brooder and grower site. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to animal welfare will help maintain optimal conditions for bird health and productivity while supporting the broader operations team.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring barns, caring for birds, and coordinating maintenance activities to uphold the highest standards in farm management.


  • Perform daily chores related to turkey care, including feeding, watering, and barn maintenance


  • Monitor bird health, feed intake, and water systems to ensure optimal flock performance


  • Maintain barn climate through proper temperature, ventilation, and bedding management


  • Communicate regularly with leadership to align on goals and report status updates


  • Coordinate repairs and upkeep with maintenance staff to ensure operational efficiency


  • Follow biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare protocols to maintain a safe, compliant environment


  • Accurately track and report bird health metrics, feed usage, and mortality data


  • Respond to alarm systems and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime


  • Clean, disinfect, and prepare barns between flocks to support flock health and readiness


  • Assist with bird movement and load-outs while ensuring low stress and safety


  • Support team members and contribute to operations across multiple farm locations as needed
