How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As Farm Manager, you will play a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple breeder and grow-out operations. This position combines strategic management with direct, daily involvement in farm activities—ensuring animal welfare, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.


You’ll lead, train, and support farm teams to achieve high performance in production efficiency, bird health, and team development across farms.


  • Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to meet company goals and align daily execution with long-term objectives
  • Participate in daily on-farm activities, ensuring proper care, biosecurity, and adherence to animal welfare practices
  • Monitor and report weekly production metrics including mortality, feed conversion ratio (FCR), weights, and costs
  • Drive labor and facility efficiencies while maintaining safety and welfare standards
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure accountability during organizational changes
  • Collaborate with production teams to align flock weights and schedules with processing needs
  • Oversee vaccination programs, bird counts, and movement across breeder and grow-out farms
  • Partner with managers, service technicians, and veterinary teams to address flock health, processing, or performance issues
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety, animal welfare, and food safety policies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in poultry or livestock operations required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on management approach
  • Knowledge of animal welfare standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
