How you'll contribute to our Partner's success:

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll take the technical lead on planning and designing a wide variety of projects. You’ll play a central role in shaping project outcomes, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with other senior leaders.


  • Design & Deliver: Prepare engineering design documents, funding applications, and permit submittals.


  • Project Representation: Serve as the on-site engineering representative and ensure quality control through all phases.


  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, managers, and staff across multiple teams to move projects forward.


  • Leadership in Action: Assist with QA/QC forms, contribute to project planning, and uphold professional and company standards.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering


  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California


  • Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate engineering experience


  • Proven experience managing technical projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams



  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
