Master Cash Dynamics: Oversee daily cash positioning, multi-scenario forecasting, and working capital initiatives aligned with harvest cycles, production runs, and customer payment terms.
- 
Optimize Funding Structure: Manage credit facilities, debt scheduling, and commodity/FX hedging to lock in costs and stabilize margins amid input price volatility.
- 
Drive Asset Performance: Maintain fixed asset ledger, lead capex justification and post-investment reviews, and orchestrate equipment lifecycle planning for processing lines and cold storage.
- 
Enforce Risk & Compliance: Author treasury policies, monitor covenant compliance, prepare audit support, and cultivate strategic banking partnerships.
- 
Required Profile: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 7+ years in corporate treasury (food production, agriculture, or CPG strongly preferred); CTP, CFA, or CPA preferred; deep expertise in TMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
