How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a Purchasing Coordinator with 3–5 years of purchasing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information. Your strong communication, negotiation, and data-entry skills—combined with a detail-oriented mindset—will allow you to excel in this dynamic, on-site position based in Irvine, CA.

You’ll manage the full purchasing cycle, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet business needs efficiently and accurately.


  • Process and enter orders from customers, sales, and EDI systems


  • Create and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and product details


  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets


  • Communicate with suppliers about orders, pricing discrepancies, and updates


  • Ensure all compliance paperwork and certifications are properly maintained


  • Track and update purchase order changes in real time


  • Understand supplier and customer preferences to support smooth operations


  • Support reports, special projects, and other duties as needed


  • Maintain accuracy and organization under tight deadlines in a high-volume setting


  • Work collaboratively across teams while upholding high standards of service and reliability
