WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

As the Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator, you’ll help drive the brand’s social strategy and storytelling across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll be hands-on with content, lead daily community engagement, and ensure the brand stays top-of-mind in beauty conversations.

  • Create, write, and publish engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and aesthetic across all major social platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the monthly content calendar, support campaign rollouts, and lead giveaways
  • Actively engage with the online community—responding to messages, encouraging conversation, and elevating customer experiences
  • Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience managing brand social media (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience highly preferred)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube—including platform trends, content best practices, and audience behavior
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, as well as analytics dashboards
  • A strong visual eye for design and aesthetics; experience with short-form video content is a plus
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
