How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success:
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction for the agronomy nutrition division, driving sales growth and overall business performance. This executive role is accountable for developing and executing the division’s growth strategy while overseeing key functions including sales, marketing, and product development, with cross-functional support from operations and finance. As part of the executive leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
