How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a Produce Sales & Broker with proven experience in buying, selling, and sourcing fresh produce, you will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships, closing profitable contracts, and scaling the company’s market presence. In this high-impact role, you’ll operate independently—backed by strong logistics support and capital infrastructure—to drive growth through your own book of business. Your expertise in produce transactions, negotiations, and logistics will help shape the foundation of our partners next phase of expansion.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings a deep network of buyers, growers, and shippers to the table. You’ll be working with a leadership team that values urgency, accountability, and action—not handholding—and expects you to bring energy, creativity, and results from day one.


  • Source and close produce deals across a variety of commodities and customer categories
  • Purchase product independently, negotiate pricing and contract terms with confidence
  • Sell fresh produce to new and existing accounts, leveraging your industry contacts
  • Navigate all aspects of the deal: from sourcing to closing, through delivery and follow-up
  • Book trucks, manage logistics, and investigate cut loads, claims, or service failures
  • Communicate clearly and urgently with shippers, growers, and customers to solve problems in real-time
  • Maintain a deep understanding of freight, cold chain, and supply chain processes
  • Operate with high integrity and maintain world-class customer service standards
  • Work closely with leadership to refine and scale sales processes
