As they expand their production capacity, they are adding multiple Maintenance Technicians across all skill levels to support their high-performance maintenance team.

Position Overview
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians at Levels I, II, and III to support daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across industrial equipment and systems. Each level corresponds to experience and technical skill depth, but all roles contribute directly to production uptime and plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation for all repairs and inspections.
- Follow all company safety protocols and support OSHA compliance across the plant.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and other maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
- Identify root causes of failures and assist with continuous improvement efforts.
- Support installation, calibration, and modification of equipment as needed.
Additional Responsibilities by Level
Maintenance Technician I (Entry-Level)
- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and basic repairs.
- Conduct inspections, lubrication, part replacements, and cleaning of equipment.
- Learn plant systems, equipment operating principles, and troubleshooting processes.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Maintenance Technician II (Intermediate-Level)
- Complete moderate-level repairs and troubleshooting independently.
- Work on motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, electrical components, and industrial machinery.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical diagrams.
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications.
- Assist in training or supporting Maintenance Tech I employees.
Maintenance Technician III (Advanced-Level)
- Lead complex troubleshooting on advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or PLC systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring equipment issues.
- Participate in or lead major repairs, rebuilds, or continuous improvement projects.
- Serve as a technical mentor to lower-level technicians.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on reliability strategies and equipment performance.
Qualifications
Maintenance Tech I
- 1+ year of maintenance experience OR proven mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and work alongside senior technicians.
Maintenance Tech II
- 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Maintenance Tech III
- 4–7+ years of advanced industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple systems; PLC experience is a plus.
- Ability to act as a lead tech and support team development.
All Levels
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to OSHA requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Capable of working different shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.
- Valid driver’s license; technical certifications are valued but not required.
