Bookkeeper – CPA & Accounting Firm 

Our client is a 40+ year old wealth preservation Tax and Accounting firm located in Beverly Hills. They’re seeking dynamic individuals to fill multiple bookkeeping and accounting positions for daily activities.


1. Bookkeeper

Assist CPAs in preparation of bookkeeping services, payroll, sales tax and income tax returns. Engage with clients, compile, review and audit engagements for clients, prepare financial statements and other reports. 

You will have an amazing opportunity to learn about business and individual tax, focusing on maintaining and preserving wealth across generations. 


PREFERRED 

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in professional accounting, finance, economics or related field 

2. Accounting Certificate and CPA license a plus 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

4. Excellent attention to detail in preparing and presenting accurate and timely reports to management. 

5. Knowledge of Creative Solutions, CFS Tax and Lacerte a plus 

6. A positive attitude and the excitement to learn new things 


Ideal candidates will be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be detail oriented and reliable, trustworthy, receptive to feedback & different perspectives, eager to learn, with a willingness to think several steps ahead of the work and an eye for detail from client to client. They will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, interchangeably, as needed and meet with management daily. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, a desire to work hard, and be a team player.
