Position: EHS Officer

The EHS Officer is a hands-on role responsible for implementing daily safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering training, and driving corrective actions across operations. This position works closely with leadership and maintains a strong field presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Enforce OSHA and safety compliance standards
  • Lead training, onboarding, and safety meetings
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Track safety metrics and support continuous improvement
  • Travel to facilities and customer sites as needed in California

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or obtained within 6 months)
  • 5–8 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
