How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily accounting operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
· Prepare and analyze financial statements and job costing reports
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling and reviewing financial data
· Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate coding of transactions
· Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as needed
· Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses and profitability
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits and reporting requirements
