How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

The Account Manager role in the Bakersfield area focuses on building customer relationships and driving sales within an assigned territory. You’ll develop selling programs, emphasize digital conversion/sales, and ensure accounts stay updated with new product launches to increase sales and deliver outstanding service to retailers.

  • Account Management: Grow sales through solution-based selling, adapt to changing customer needs, and work with customer support and credit teams for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities, use company resources to close deals, and achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in beauty and wellness products to meet each account’s specific needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and promote new products.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate customer, weekly, monthly, and special reports within set timelines.
  • Trade Shows: Attend assigned trade shows to build relationships, promote products, and secure sales.
