How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:
As an Industrial Manager, you will oversee multi-site food processing operations across Arizona, elevating performance through operational efficiency, disciplined cost management, and strong plant leadership. This role centers on refining production workflows, minimizing waste, enhancing maintenance reliability, and building capable teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality results in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Direct leadership of four (4) facilities representing approximately 250 employees. Guide production, maintenance, QA coordination, and USDA compliance efforts to maintain safe, streamlined plant operations.

Process Improvement & Cost Management: Design and implement efficient manufacturing practices, labor optimization strategies, and measurable performance improvements. Decrease waste, downtime, and rework while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintenance Strategy & Equipment Performance: Establish and strengthen preventive maintenance systems across processing, refrigeration, and supporting equipment. Partner with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and overall operational effectiveness.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Mentor and develop production and maintenance managers to elevate performance standards. Foster collaboration across departments to support compliance, operational consistency, and a positive working environment.

Financial & Operational Planning: Contribute to budgeting, cost analysis, and long-term operational planning while staying informed on evolving industry technology and best practices.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing leadership experience
- Hands-on experience within both production and maintenance functions
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Composure and sound judgment under pressure
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across departments
