About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing both residential and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and field teams

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with subcontractors and field teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
