How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:
As the Human Resources Manager at the farm level, you’ll serve as the primary HR representative for daily operations. This position plays a key role in supporting employees, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and assisting the Complex Manager with a variety of administrative and strategic labor planning duties. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Farm-Level HR Leadership: Function as the main HR representative on-site, managing all HR responsibilities including interviews, hiring, disciplinary actions, insurance and payroll documentation, and compliance audits.

Training and Development: Support office staff and farm leadership in delivering training programs such as safety, lockout/tag-out, software systems, and managerial development.

Administrative and Managerial Support: Partner with the Complex Manager to manage daily farm operations, coordinate employee meetings, assist with benefits and incentives, and maintain communication with governmental agencies as needed.

Benefits and Data Coordination: Oversee all employee health plan data, including enrollment for health, life, and disability insurance. Ensure all information is accurately maintained and communicated between the farm and corporate HR

Employee Relations and Investigations: Participate in investigations and disciplinary meetings, ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, and thorough communication with the corporate HR staff and Personnel Director.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all employees comply with governmental regulations, including wage and hour, and discrimination laws. Communicate any potential violations promptly to corporate HR.

Labor Planning and Efficiency: Serve as a strategic labor planner by monitoring staffing levels, overtime, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.

Community and Public Relations: Support the Complex Manager with public events and appearances, representing the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
