Here's the Critical Role You'll Play:

The Maintenance Manager is expected to achieve and maintain a level of competency that allows them to oversee the machine efficient performance through regularly scheduled maintenance procedures. In addition, the Maintenance Manager verifies grader parts and supplies inventories. Assists Grader Manager with directing personnel in compliance with government and company sanitation regulations. Inspects appearance and work methods of processing machine personnel for conformance to machine operation standards.


  • Maintain preventive service schedules for machine components per manufacturer recommendations and conduct regular inspections, documenting areas for improvement.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors quickly to minimize downtime and maintain an organized parts inventory, ordering when stock is low.


  • Inspect and adjust grader and equipment assemblies for optimal timing and performance, assisting with new equipment installations.


  • Ensure daily staffing of maintenance technicians, establish contractor communication, and assist with facility maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.


  • Complete paperwork for processing operations, ensure machinery compliance with regulations, and assist Quality Control with product weight and packaging quality.


  • Support a safe, organized work environment, run the grader when needed, ensure equipment sanitation, and adhere to Biosecurity, Safety, and GMP policies.
